Frequently Asked Questions

First, DOWNLOAD THE EPUB file to your device, iPhone, iPad, Android Phone, Tablet, or Computer:

1. Go to My Library at https://vonsavvyascend.com/library
2. If not logged in, then enter your email and password when you created your account. You will then be logged in to your Von Savvy Library, and will see all your products & courses.
3. Click the View Product Button for the eBook purchase, which opens eBook downloads page.
4. Click on the Download button next to the document: Lipstick_Grace_Grit_eBookEPUB
5. Save the document to “Files” on your iPhone/iPad, or “MyFiles/Downloads” on Android devices, or in "Downloads" on your computer.

Once you have the document on your device,  follow one of these 3 METHODS for uploading the document to either your Kindle website, Kindle app, or send the file to your Kindle Email Account:

Method 1: Use the Kindle App

1. Open the folder or app on your phone where your EPUB file is saved (the Files app on iOS or My Files/Downloads on Android).
2. Tap and hold the EPUB file, then select Share or Send a copy.
3. Choose the Kindle app from the list of available applications.
4. Optional: Adjust the book title or author name if prompted.
5. Tap Send. The file will upload and sync to your Kindle library automatically.

Method 2: Use the "Send to Kindle" Website

1. 1. Open your phone or computer’s web browser, and go to the Amazon Send to Kindle website at https://www.amazon.com/sendtokindle.
   2. Sign in to your Amazon account.
   3. Tap Select files from device and select your EPUB document (from the folder you saved it in the first step).
   4. Ensure Add to your library is checked so it syncs to all your devices.
   5. Tap Send.

Method 3: Email the File

1. 1. Open your preferred email app (Gmail, Apple Mail, etc.).
   2. Create a new email and address it to your unique Kindle email address (e.g., [email protected] ).
   3. Attach the EPUB document to the email (from the folder you saved it in the first step).
   4. Leave the subject line and body blank, then tap Send.

5. The document may open automatically with a PDF Reader on your device, for example Apple Books for iOS, which you can then simply read the book.
6. Otherwise you will be prompted to Download and Save the document.
7. Save to “Files” on your iPhone/iPad, “MyFiles/Downloads” on Android devices, or in "Downloads" on your computer.

 Once you have the document on your device,  you can then Share, Send or Open  the document from the current stored location. Use any PDF Reader App on your device to open and read the book.
